Meet Dylan Butcher & Tyson Simpson

We’re Dylan and Tyson—two friends turned business partners with a shared passion for quality work and strong work ethic. Dylan was born and raised in Tillsonburg and is a machinist by trade, currently pursuing his millwright apprenticeship. Tyson grew up in Norwich and now lives in Courtland, working as a skilled carpenter who thrives on new challenges and hands-on problem solving. In our spare time, we both enjoy learning new skills, fixing things, and taking on improvement projects. What brought us together—beyond friendship—is our drive to deliver dependable, high-quality services that our clients can trust. We're both goal-oriented, hardworking, and committed to standing behind everything we do. Together, we aim to build a business that reflects our values: integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
